How to avoid sweating too much is the question asked by millions of people all around and seeking for solution to this, So are you the one who avoid's going to the beach with your friends just because of the fear of sweat?? You avoid shaking hands with your elders or friends and avoid wearing sleeve less t-shirts  just because you sweat? Is sweating a biggest obstacle in your relationship?? It may be humiliating sometimes to go through this. To some people this may be heredity and for some it may be cause of improper life style. But there is not much to worry about since you are not the only one facing this problem there are literally millions of people out there who are facing the same problem as you are facing. let me take you through 4 simple ways on how to avoid sweating too much.


1) Use Deodorant :


Deodorant can help a little with reducing the smell and sweat but always use the deodorant that has antiperspirant. Simply using the any kind of deodorant will not help you some may avoid only to reduce the smell but it wont help in reducing the sweat. So try to use the deodorant that has antiperspirant this can help you reduce the sweat level and also avoid the odor that comes from your sweat. (Try to consult your doctor to see if the deodorant would suite your skin or not.)


2) Clean and Washed Clothes:


Never ever try to use clothes of someone else and always try to use the clothes can is capable of taking in the sweat. using clothes that are made of linen can be a good . (Not a part of the post but a general tip: Avoid using black color clothes since black absorbs heat very easily and can increase in sweating). Always try to use the clothes that are clean and washed well never try to use same clothes the next day especially if you are facing this problem of sweat since this can increase the chances of sweating more.


3) Nutrition and Life Style:


It may sound simple to say but this is the most powerful of all the four methods, changing your eating habits and life style can have a very big impact on your sweating issue. Eating too much spicy food can lead to excess sweating to some of you out there, especially the food that has garlic and onion it not only smells bad with your breath but also gives unpleasant smell in the sweat so try avoiding much of spicy food and especially onion and garlic. Some other daily routine you can follow are to have bath on daily basis, go on and hit some gym lose some extra pounds and drink excess of water. Increase the consumption of water from normal consumption.


4) Medical Advice:


Sweating is something that is related to your skin and dermatologist are the one who can help you out with this. Try all the above methods explained above and this should help in some way for sure but if the mentioned tips don't work your way you can always consult some good dermatologist and with some general check ups and tests they may start your treatment.
