5 Bad Habits You Should Quit Today:
Staying fit is what every human would like to look and feel but what they forget and don’t accept is to give up the bad habits which is major issue to today’s people. In order to stay fit and healthy there are certain bad habits that a person needs to avoid.
1) Smoking and Alcohol:
These two are the mother of all crimes. Not only is the mother of all crime but drinking and smoking are the most harmful habit in the planet earth. Smoking can be very dangerous as it can lead to Cancer, Heart disease. Smoking increases the chances of cancer in mouth, throat, and lungs.
People who consume alcohol are in higher risk of damaging their liver, high blood pressure, depression, and heart disease.
2) Too much of Fast food:
If you are looking for healthy and smart way of living then this is the one to avoid at any cost. Fast foods are good for taste but at the same time it also increases your waist line making you look like a “BIG MAMA” . Trans fat present in fast foods has lots of bad cholesterol which causes to harden your arteries which can lead to heart disease and also diabetes.
Junk foods are good for taste but are really unhealthy and can turn more nasty if consumed on regular basis. This is the reason why majority of the population in United States are considered obese and its still growing in numbers. Some expert also feels that fast foods are more hazardous than smoking.
3) Soda:
There are number of reasons why you should stop consuming soda. Soda is nothing more than just a sugar water but the side effects are very dangerous. Artificial sweetener and Sucrose present in soda leads to diabetes and also sometimes causes memory loss. The diseases that are caused by consumption of soda are obesity, diabetes, liver damage, high blood pressure, and Heart disease.
4) High Sugar:
Consumption of high sugar can make you look older than your current age. When excess of sugar is consumed they get attached to your collagen which in turns makes you looks older and your skin gets rough and inflexible.
5) Skipping Break Fast:
You may loose weight skipping your breakfast but that is not the healthy way to lose weight. Studies says that about 13% of the people skip their breakfasts. Which is really sad but skipping breakfast has its own consequences. Skipping of breakfast can lead to Diabetes, weight loss, and heart disease.
Quitting bad habits is easy:
Bad habits are always easy to get used to but are not easy to give up but good habits always has some obstacles to come over, once you over come that obstacle life then becomes more beautiful and fun to live .Its always difficult for a person to quit something that he has been doing it for long time . But its not an impossible task to quit bad habits for better living. Its recommended to gradually avoid bad habits initially and then slowly as your good habit progresses you will definitely quit those bad habits and enjoy your new you.
